Statement

Mezzoly, LLC believes that the web should be open and accessible to all. We strive to ensure that our website, mezzoly.com, provides an equivalent and inclusive experience for visitors with disabilities — including users who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. We treat WCAG 2.2 AA as the working target for new pages and ongoing improvements.

We acknowledge that some portions of the site may not yet fully conform with every Level AA success criterion. Where we identify gaps, we prioritize remediation as part of our regular development cycle.

To support accessibility, we:

• Include accessibility as a requirement in design and development.
• Use semantic HTML, descriptive page titles, and meaningful link text.
• Provide alternative text for informative images and labels for form controls.
• Maintain visible keyboard focus states and a logical tab order throughout the site.
• Test color contrast against WCAG 2.2 AA thresholds for body text and interactive elements.
• Review new components and templates for keyboard operability and screen-reader compatibility.

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas under active improvement include:

• Third-party embeds (e.g., service desk, analytics) that we do not directly control.
• Decorative motion and parallax effects, which we are reviewing against prefers-reduced-motion user preferences.
• Older PDF documents that may not include full tagging or reading-order metadata.

If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please tell us — we treat your feedback as a priority input to our roadmap.

Mezzoly assesses the accessibility of mezzoly.com through a combination of self-evaluation, automated tooling (such as axe and Lighthouse), and manual review by team members during feature development. We do not currently publish an independent third-party audit, and we will update this statement if that changes.
