1.Introduction

This Privacy Policy discloses how Mezzoly, LLC deals with our website users’ personal data. Personal data is any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked directly or indirectly to a particular individual or household.

2.Information We Collect and How We Use It

We collect information you provide directly to us, as well as metadata regarding your activity on our website. We use this data to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, and personalize your experience across our Education, Commercial, and Residential hubs.

3.Data Security and Protection

We take data protection seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. This includes utilizing encryption and pseudonymization where feasible to minimize risks to your information.

4.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may be protected under privacy frameworks such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under these frameworks, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and know how it is being processed.
  • Correction: Request that we update or correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): Request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Restrict Processing: Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal data or object to certain types of processing, such as for direct marketing.
  • Data Portability: Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used electronic format.

5.Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Because Mezzoly partners with private schools through our Education Hub, we are strictly committed to protecting children’s privacy. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without first obtaining verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. If we operate any services directed to children or have actual knowledge of collecting a child’s data, we ensure parents have control over what information is collected.

6.Cookie Policy

We use a small number of cookies on mezzoly.com. We do not run advertising or marketing trackers.

Essential Cookies

We set a small client-side preference (mezzoly:cookie-ack:v1) in your browser’s local storage so the cookie notice does not reappear after you dismiss it. This is a single flag — no personal data and no identifier.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site (pages viewed, referrers, approximate location, device class). Google sets standard analytics cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) for this purpose, with retention controlled by Google’s defaults. We do not use Analytics data for advertising, and we do not link it to advertising identifiers. See Google’s cookie documentation for the full list.

Marketing & Advertising

We do not currently load any advertising, retargeting, or social-media tracking pixels on this site. If that changes, we will update this section and the cookie notice.

Managing Cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser’s settings; instructions vary by browser. Blocking cookies will not break the site. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install Google’s browser opt-out add-on.

7.Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your data with trusted third parties who process personal data on our behalf (such as cloud servers or analytics providers). We ensure that any third-party processors we use are reliable and sign data processing agreements to guarantee the safety of your information.
