As-Built Documentation Packet
Closeout includes a labeled patch panel, port-mapped drop schedule, and an as-built drawing showing every cable run. Your buyer's warranty packet looks like it came from a real GC, because it did.

Post-occupancy network issues come to us, not you. Your name stays clean. Homeowners can opt into our business-grade monitoring and support package for ongoing coverage.
On Your Schedule

We slot into your construction schedule, not the other way around. Here's how a typical custom home runs from schematic to closeout.
We review architectural drawings with you, mark AP locations, drop schedule, rack closet, and any conduit runs. You get a scope-of-work and a fixed quote before lumber is on site.
Onsite walkthrough with your super and electrician. Boxes, plates, and labels installed. We pull during the rough-in window — no schedule slip on your end.
Inspection-ready terminations at the rack closet. Photo documentation of every wall before close-up. The drywall crew works clean.
Plates installed, jacks terminated, every run tested. Equipment rack populated, configured, and labeled. Wi-Fi tuned for the floor plan.
Buyer walkthrough on the network. Documentation packet handed off. Optional ongoing support agreement transferred directly to the homeowner.
What We Don't Do
Scope discipline keeps your callbacks down
Half the value of a good low-voltage partner is what they refuse to install. Every product we don't put in your spec is a support ticket your homeowner won't be opening with you in year two.
No Wi-Fi Security Cameras
Every camera is PoE on Cat6A. No batteries, no signal-strength complaints, no vendor cloud lock-in.
No Residential Phone Systems
Phone systems live in our commercial scope. Custom homes don't need them and they generate disproportionate support load.
No Wi-Fi-Only Homes
If a device can take a wire, it gets one. Wi-Fi is for what has to move. The wired backbone keeps the rest off the air.
No TVs, Shades, Thermostats, or Audio
We pull Cat6A to those locations on request — the device install, programming, and audio system go to your AV integrator or smart-home contractor. We don't pre-wire whole-home audio.
