We're in the middle of a staffing transition. Can you keep things running?+
Yes — and quickly. Things change and people move on; that's a normal part of school life. The first priority is continuity: we meet your environment exactly as it is, write down the know-how so it belongs to the school, and keep annual procedures, grading, and communications running. Nothing has to change on day one for everything to keep working.
Will you replace our registrar or database manager?+
No — and we wouldn't want to. Parents, teachers, and students are best served by local talent they know on campus. Mezzoly sits one level back: we take on the more challenging technical cases, architect solutions, and help educate your staff so their day-to-day workflow gets more efficient every term.
Is the setup review an audit?+
No. An audit looks backward for faults; our review looks forward to what's worth improving. The deliverable is a prioritized roadmap — quick wins, items to harden before opening day, and longer-term consolidation opportunities — each tagged with its payoff. There's no verdict and no grade, just a plan you can act on at your own pace.
A former employee built Power Automate flows and Crystal Reports we depend on. Can you support them?+
Yes. Our team comes from a software background, so custom automations — Power Automate, Zapier, Google Apps Script, Azure runbooks — along with Crystal Reports, Power BI, and API integrations are squarely in our depth, not something we work around. We can keep them running as-is, document them so they're no longer a single point of knowledge, and, when you're ready, migrate the logic into native Blackbaud tooling.
Can you help us through year-end rollover?+
Year-end rollover and annual procedures are the core of our seasonal work: student promotion, course and section setup, schedule sets and blocks, gradebook and grading setup, and report card configuration. If rollover is already underway, we can join mid-stream — we pick up wherever your setup currently stands.
Do we have to migrate or change anything?+
No. We lead with stabilization — keeping what you have running through rollover and opening day. Any simplification or consolidation happens later, on your timeline, and only where the roadmap shows a clear payoff. We never make migration a precondition for support.
We use Ravenna or another admissions tool. Does that fit?+
Yes. We regularly handle the admissions-to-Blackbaud handoff — Ravenna, OpenApply, Finalsite Enrollment, and similar tools — including import cleanup so new families land in Core with clean, consistent records.
